Cancellation Policy for Consultations:
Out of consideration for patients who are awaiting the earliest possible availabilities for consultations, please provide at least 48 hours' notice when cancelling or rescheduling consultation appointments.*

 

 

 *Repeated cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment at BWFPS will result in the need for a valid credit card to schedule future consultations, with half of the consultation fee being charged to the credit card in the event of future missed appointment or cancellation within 48 hours of the appointment.
